Initial Consultations (60mins) $220
An initial appointment includes a comprehensive dive into your health concerns, medical history, current lifestyle and any other relevant information so that we can develop a tailored plan to support your nutrition and health goals.
You’ll walk away from this session feeling empowered with a plan and the resources to start taking healthy action straight away.

Follow-Up Consultations (30 mins) $110
Follow-up consultations are a space where you’ll be provided with the tools and continue support to achieve your health goals. This includes a flexible meal plan (delivered in your first follow-up consultation) that will be crafted and tailored to your individual needs.
The number of follow-up consultations required will depend largely on the individual, however, can be discussed at the end of your initial consultation.
