About Christina!

Hi, I’m Christina — an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in eating disorder recovery, body image, and menstrual health.

I support women who feel stuck in food rules, body image distress, or chronic dieting to rebuild trust with food, restore their health, and feel more stable and confident around eating, without diet culture, restriction, or fear-based approaches.

My work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition care, clinical training, and a deep understanding of the physical and psychological impacts of disordered eating.

My Approach

I take a non-diet, recovery-focused, and holistic approach to health.

This means:

  • Supporting nutritional rehabilitation and long-term health

  • Addressing food guilt, body image distress, and control around eating

  • Prioritising hormone health, menstrual recovery, and sustainability

  • Helping clients move away from perfectionism and “all-or-nothing” thinking

Rather than chasing external rules or short-term fixes, my work focuses on building a relationship with food and your body that supports both physical and mental wellbeing over the long term.

Qualifications & Professional Credentials

I hold the following qualifications and credentials:

  • Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)

  • Master of Dietetic Studies

  • Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences

  • Specialised training in:

    • Eating disorders

    • Women’s health (PCOS, fertility, menopause)

    • Gut health

As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, I have completed extensive clinical training and ongoing professional development to ensure my work meets the highest standards of evidence-based, ethical, and safe nutrition care.

My practice is grounded in current research, clinical experience, and a strong commitment to supporting long-term health outcomes, particularly in eating disorder recovery and women’s health.

Lived Experience (Why This Work Matters to Me):

This work is also informed by lived experience.

Before becoming a dietitian, I experienced my own eating disorder and the impact of long-term dieting, food fear, and body dissatisfaction. What began as a pursuit of “health” through rigid nutrition and exercise ultimately led to a diagnosis of anorexia nervosa.

Recovery was not linear. It involved setbacks, learning, and unlearning and it exposed significant gaps in the healthcare system around eating disorder care, education, and long-term support.

That experience shaped my decision to return to study and specialise in eating disorders, so I could support others with both clinical skill and compassion and provide care that goes beyond surface-level advice.

My background as a clinician informs everything I teach and create, from content and messaging to business strategy and systems.

My vision is to create a supportive online space where:

  • Food is no longer a source of fear or control

  • Bodies are not treated as problems to fix

  • Health is defined by stability, nourishment, and sustainability

Whether you’re here for personal support or professional direction, my work is designed to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and care.

And I’d love to support you in that journey.
