Hi, It’s me!

I’m Christina, An Eating Disorder Dietitian & Body Image Coach. 

I used to dread every meal. Food felt like my enemy, and I couldn’t escape the shame when I looked in the mirror. The constant cycle of dieting and guilt was exhausting, and the pressure to fit a certain mould or “earn” my food felt overwhelming. I know what it’s like to fight negative thoughts about your body every day, obsess over what you ate, and feel trapped in the pursuit of perfection.

But that’s not my story anymore.

I discovered a path to freedom, and now I help others find it too.

It wasn’t easy, and there were times I wasn’t sure I’d ever feel at peace in my body or be able to enjoy food without guilt. But through my healing and education, I learned to recognise the triggers behind my body image struggles, how to cope with changes in my body and the emotions that come with them, and how small, intentional steps truly build confidence.

Along the way, I became an Accredited Practising Dietitian, trained in Eating Disorders, and a Certified Body Image Coach.

Now, I’m committed to helping others on their own journey. We shouldn’t settle for just feeling “okay” in our bodies—life is too short for that.
