    Initial Consultations (60mins) $300

    Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive assessment of your menstrual and health history, eating patterns, recovery barriers, and the role of exercise, stress, and lifestyle factors in period loss.

    You’ll leave with clear direction for HA and period recovery, immediate next steps, and a personalised plan aligned with long-term hormone and menstrual health.

    Follow-Up Consultations (45 mins) $150

    Follow-up consultations focus on monitoring recovery progress, adjusting nutrition strategies as your cycle responds, and providing ongoing support for eating disorder and HA recovery.

    A flexible, individualised meal structure is introduced early and refined over time. The number of follow-up sessions required varies and is discussed collaboratively based on your progress and needs.
