This course is designed for you. Whether you’ve been missing your period for 3 months or 3 years, the core principles apply. And we’ll talk about when to seek medical or fertility support too.

It’s always a good idea to work with a provider but this course will give you the language, labs, and questions to bring to your doctor so you feel empowered, not overwhelmed.

That’s so valid—and we talk about this inside the course. This isn’t about “letting go” and hoping for the best. It’s about making educated, supported choices with your future health in mind.

The mini modules are about 10 minutes each, with three released per week. With learning and implementation, plan for around 1 hour each week.

Not always. High-intensity training can delay recovery, but you don’t need to give up movement forever. I’ll guide you on how to adapt exercise so it supports, rather than hinders, your healing.
