Before building Aligned Creative, I spent five years doing recipe development and brand work — growing that side of my business to six figures as a dietitian without a large following, a food photography background, or a marketing budget.
For most of that time, I figured it out alone. There were no courses on this. No mentors. No dietetic conferences talking about brand partnerships.
