The Process
Step 1 — Intake & Access You complete a detailed website intake form and provide brand assets, platform access, and any existing content. This is where we get clear on your goals, audience, and what makes your practice worth choosing.
Step 2 — SEO Research + Copywriting Keyword research is completed first, so the copy is written around what your ideal clients are actually searching for. Copy for all 4 pages is drafted and sent for your review.
Step 3 — Design & Build Once copy is approved, the site is designed and built in Squarespace — brand-aligned, mobile-responsive, and structured to convert.
Step 4 — Revision Round + Zoom Call One revision round is included. We review your feedback together on a 30-minute Zoom call to make sure every detail is right before launch.
Step 5 — Handover Your site is finalised, reviewed, and handed over — ready to launch. You receive a short walkthrough so you can manage updates confidently going forward.

Additional pages beyond 4 can be quoted separately. Most practitioners find 4 core pages is all they need to start. If you want additional services like membership or course set up I can help with that too.

You'll complete an intake form before we begin. You'll also need to provide any photos, logos, and brand assets. If you don't have professional photos, we can work with high-quality stock imagery as placeholders. If you don’t have branding I can complete your branding at additional cost.

Yes — Design Only assumes you have copy ready (or are working with a copywriter). If your copy needs work, the Full Website or Copy Only package is a better fit.
